The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the International Organization for Migration have facilitated the voluntary return of 152 Sri Lankans through a chartered flight from Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam following their rescue when a boat capsized off the coast of Vietnam on the 8th of November.
